While you didn&#8217;t explicitly mention it in your post, I assume that users would be able to contribute to the help file? If so, it might be a little difficult to maintain a crystal clear organization of content. However, I would gladly trade clarity of organization for completeness of topics. Users mostly search for help content anyway.

What progress have the structured bloggers made in producing several help templates? I am eager to try some of these out.

I know the Wordpress documentation is powered by user contributers to a wiki. It&#8217;s hard to find out the information I need, but after a few searches it usually turns up.
