Website Contract Changes Require Notification, 9th Circuit Court Says

Although web-based editing tools make it easy to update content on-the-fly, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit says online contracts cannot be changed without first notifying website users who agreed to the terms of the earlier version.
