Content Management Is Most Important Issue, Say Technical Documentation Managers

In the latest edition of Techcom Manager e-newsletter, technical documentation managers were asked what topic is the “most important or getting the most attention” in the organizations for which they work? Survey respondents were asked to select between the following topics: Single-sourcing, DITA, XML, Content Management or None of the Above. The top answer: Content Management (41.5%).
