British Museum Launches New Site – Then It Fails
The British Museum implemented a web content management system to better serve their patrons. The new website, announced on March 2 by the vendor of the software, Inmediacy, was said to provide unprecedented access to the Museum’s collections online, including both data and images. Unfortunately, when we tried to visit the site, it was offline.
