Pink’s book “Drive” (on which this video is based) was quite interesting. It’s funny you posted this, because I just finished reading it about a week or so ago and it inspired me (as well) to blog about it. In my case, I wrote about how the science of motivation relates to working with a marketing agency.
The RSA animation captures the ideas in the book quite well and in a compelling way. Good stuff.
