SDL Global Content Strategies Conference
Join me Wednesday, November 3 for the SDL Global Content Strategies Conference in Boston, MA. It’s a free event during which you’ll learn how to create and implement a global content strategy designed to provide a positive experience for your global customers. This complimentary conference — that’s right, it’s free! — will take place at the Marriott in Newton, Massachusetts. The event includes educational presentations, a panel discussion, networking opportunities, a complimentary luncheon, and, later in the day, a cocktail reception.
I’ve been selected as the official social networking choreographer for the event. I’ll be tweeting, posting updates, and blogging from the event. I’m particularly interested in hearing keynote speaker and industry analyst, Mary Laplante of Gilbane Group, whose presentation “2011 Mandate: A Global Approach to Customer Experience” will identify the trends and topics that should be on your global content agenda for 2011.
Breakout sessions will be led by industry experts in Global Information Management technology and solutions who will share their experiences in driving a global content strategy within their organization. Speakers from Cisco, VMware, Cerner and EMC will share:
- Business drivers for investment
- How to build a business case for technology and services
- What you can expect for Return On Investment (ROI)
- …and much more
Plan to attend. Register today. Then, make sure to stop and say hello while at the event.
