In this short video interview, filmed at the 2011 Intelligent Content conference in Palm Springs, Scott Abel, The Content Wrangler interviews Content Rules CEO Val Swisher. Earlier this year I wrote an article about the services offered by Swisher’s firm entitled Ready For The World: Is Your Content Strategy Global Ready? And, coincidentally, she’s the mother of one very smart, young entrepreneur.
